Reporting Issues

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue. We will arrange an exchange or store credit after verification.

Eligible Items

  • Unworn and unwashed
  • In original packaging with all tags attached
  • Within 7 days of delivery

Non-Returnable Items

  • Custom or altered garments (unless defective)
  • Items marked as final sale
  • Intimates and accessories

Exchange Process

  1. Contact us via the contact form or WhatsApp
  2. Provide order number and photos of the issue
  3. Receive confirmation and return instructions
  4. Ship item back (prepaid label provided for defects)
  5. Receive exchange or store credit within 3-5 business days
