Reporting Issues
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue. We will arrange an exchange or store credit after verification.

- Unworn and unwashed
- In original packaging with all tags attached
- Within 7 days of delivery
Non-Returnable Items
- Custom or altered garments (unless defective)
- Items marked as final sale
- Intimates and accessories
Exchange Process
- Contact us via the contact form or WhatsApp
- Provide order number and photos of the issue
- Receive confirmation and return instructions
- Ship item back (prepaid label provided for defects)
- Receive exchange or store credit within 3-5 business days
